Optoma Advanced Replacement Overview

The below is pertinent to product warranties that have the "Advance express" listed in its warranty.

 

See table in:  Optoma Limited Warranty if needed to see which products/products category qualify where it has "Advanced Replace" = "Yes" for the table.

 

In the event a Product is defective during the warranty period, end users may be eligible for an Advanced Replacement. Please contact OPTOMA End user Support at 1-888-289-6786 or services@OPTOMA.com to determine eligibility.

 

Advanced Replacement is available during the first (1) year of the warranty for specific projector and display Product. If eligible, and with a PO (for Optoma authorized reseller) or credit card (for End-user), OPTOMA will ship a new Product (within 30 days of original Product purchase) or a refurbished Product (30+ days after original Product purchase) in advance of an end user returning the defective product.

 

Defective Product should be returned to OPTOMA within fifteen (15) days of receiving an Advanced Replacement Product. OPTOMA reserves the right to invoice end users for the list price of the refurbished Product if not received within fifteen (15) days.

 

End users are responsible for packaging and return shipping as outlined in the Warranty service section. And while Advanced Replacements are shipped via ground service, expedited shipping is available for a fee.

 

Defective product returned to Optoma related to above?

If the advanced replacement was shipped via credit card; then Optoma will refund the original card holder's card accordingly after the defective unit return is completely processed by Optoma.

 

If the advanced replacement was shipped via PO; then Optoma will issue the credit to your account after the defective unit return is completely processed by Optoma.
