Emergency Broadcast allows users to instantly send emergency messages to a single or multiple displays.
⦁ If the device is powered off, OMS will automatically power it on and play the content.
⦁ If AV mute is on (screen off), it will immediately switch to AV mute off (screen on) and play the
content.
⦁ The volume will automatically adjust to the default value of 50.
⦁ After the emergency broadcast ends, the device will return to the state it was in before the
emergency broadcast.
Tips: There are 3 preset emergency broadcasts, and up to 2 custom broadcasts can be created.
- Broadcast >> Emergency.
Enter the required information and save it.
a. select the target device first: Device, Group, or Location.
b. Shortcut keys on the Dashboard option: After ticking it, the dashboard will display the key for emergency triggers.
c. Custom message name.
d. Use the Optoma default image or select your own.
e. Edit the text message, including font size, color, etc.
f. Logo: Upload the organization logo and choose the logo size and position in the image.
g. Select an alarm sound.

⦁ Upload sound: Upload your own sound .
h. Save it .i. You can send and stop emergency broadcasts from the message list below or by accessing your dashboard after logging in.
