Tutorial 4 - What should I do if OMSC cannot connect to the device ?

If OMSC cannot connect to the device or it is shown as offline in the device list, please check the following:

  • Check the network connection. Is the device connected to the network correctly?
  • Is the device turned on?
  • Are the device network settings correct?
  • Check if the device firmware version is the latest.

If any issue still persists, please go to Optoma technical support page to submit a support request with your product issue photo or video clip, once we received your request will soon contact you to provide further support.
