What happens if the only thing on the screen is the logo or screen saver? | FHD LED Display

If you are seeing either the screen saver or logo after powering on the Optoma FHD display and it doesn't go away:

Please unplug your HDMI cable from the side HDMI ports and re-insert the HDMI cable back in to the intended HDMI port to ensure it is fully seated. Use the FHD handheld remote to select the specific HDMI source port you are on; and then you should see FHD show the image from your source device to the screen. If there is a bad HDMI cable, then the logo or screen saver is normal since the FHD doesn't detect an incoming signal. Please try a different HDMI cable or different known good source and retest.

If the issue persists, then please contact Optoma support so that a ticket can be created so you can share your observation (photo/video clip) of the issue you are experiencing for specific panel so that you can receive further support, and an RMA if found necessary.
