What happens if my display is not powering on? | FHD LED Display

If you are FHD display is not turning on, please do the following:

  • Check that the power cord to the display is plugged into an outlet that is providing AC power (A standard electrical outlet in USA for 110 V ADC should suffice)
  • Please ensure that the power cable is not damaged or frayed
  • Please ensure that the power cable connection to the IFP is secure and seated properly
  • Please ensure that your handheld remote batteries for your FHD display is not old, expired. If so, please replace
  • Please ensure to press the designated power button on the handheld remote or on the display side panel 

 

If the issue persists, then please contact Optoma support so that a ticket can be created so you can share your observation (photo/video clip) of the issue you are experiencing for specific panel so that you can receive further support, and an RMA if found necessary.
