If you are seeing a dark spot on your display like below:
Please try a different HDMI cable from your source (like laptop, blu ray, or Apple tv or firestick etc.) to your FHD display and watch different content on the display (like a movie or a photo or your desktop image from your laptop).
If the issue persists, then please contact Optoma support so that a ticket can be created so you can share your observation (photo/video clip) of the issue you are experiencing for specific panel so that you can receive further support, and an RMA if found necessary.
