If you have a 5 Series Gen 3 or 3 Series Gen 3 EDLA IFP Display panel; and its having issues with Optoma Display Share or Google play store; please do the following (Ensure your display is on the network first and has internet access and there is no firewall blocking your unit on your network before doing the recommendation below)
Check if the teacher's permissions were incorrectly set in the Google Admin console. Setting the teacher's permissions will resolve the problem and you should be able to use Display Share function normally and get a pair code normally and download apps from the Google play store as normal.
note: If you experience unexpected challenges on your display, you may try a device reset or FW update before seeking a warranty claim with Optoma.
