If you can see the image on screen but are unable to interact there are a few different reasons.
If you are using the default built-in Android operation system: then ensure you have touch enabled by checking the following.
- Look for the touch input icon on the screen

- if it is visible then hit the Yellow(15) button on the remote.
- After hitting the yellow button you should briefly see the unlocked icon

If you are connected to an external computer via HDMI: then you must ensure you also have a USB connection between the Panel via USB Touch input and your computer. For more information see the related article : *Link to usb touch article*
