Flash-dependent Web GUI features on legacy models are no longer supported
Adobe no longer supported Flash Player after December 31 2020, access to Flash Player was removed from all browsers gradually, including Internet Explorer and Google Chrome.
As a result, the Crestron Controlled page within the projector webgui for legacy Optoma projector models, which is based on Crestron RoomView, which is Adobe Flash-based, is discontinued. Optoma suggests using the following alternatives to manage and monitor multiple projectors.
1. Use your 3rd party control processor if you already have one (Crestron, Extron, etc.) to send TCP/IP commands directly to your legacy Optoma model projector. You may also decide to control your Optoma projector via RS232 commands as well since TCP/IP and RS232 commands are still supported by the device. Refer to your specific Optoma projector model on Optoma USA website so you can configure the alternative control method per your need.
2. Crestron RoomView Express: this software can be downloaded from Crestron’s official website.

If you need further support on Crestron RoomView; please reach out to Crestron manufacturer support directly.
Please be advised that both alternatives above negate the need to depend on the older "Crestron Controlled" page on the projector webgui. Since Adobe flash is longer supported; the Crestron controlled page is no longer functional/no longer supported. Thank you for your understanding.
