Why can't the Display Share app find the device (IFP or projector)?

This issue may happen because your sender device (PC/mobile) and the (IFP or Projector) are not on the same network. To fix this issue, please try the following steps : 

  1. Manually enter the IP address of the (IFP or Projector) in the “Enter the IP address” field of Display Share Windows app or,
  2. Click “Can’t find your room” button on Display Share mobile app to locate the (IFP or Projector).

If issue still persists, please go to Optoma technical support page to submit a support request with your product issue description or symptoms, once we received your request will soon contact you to provide further support.
