4K400x: Lamp replacement navigational procedure

 

The projector automatically detects the lifespan of the light bulb and when the light bulb is at its end, a warning message will appear on the screen.

 

Safety precaution steps

  •  Switch off the power to the projector by pressing the “power ” button on the remote control or the projector keypad.
  • Allow the projector to cool down for at least 30 minutes. [As the lamp will be hot due to prior usage, so please let it cool down]
  • Disconnect the power cord.

Tools required

  • Phillips screw driver

Lamp removal steps

1. Loosen the screw on the cover. 

2. Remove the cover. 

3. Loosen the screw on the lamp module. 

4. Lift up the lamp handle. 

5. Remove the lamp cord.

6. Remove the lamp module carefully.

Lamp insertion steps

1. Insert the lamp module carefully.

2. Connect the lamp cord.

3. Push down the lamp handle. 

4. Tighten the screw on the lamp module. 

5. Insert the cover.

6. Tighten the screw on the cover. 

7. Turn on the projector
