After replacing the lamp in your projector you will want to make sure you manually reset the lamp timer or else you will continue to get a pop-up saying your lamp timer has expired. As well as not having an accurate count of how many lamp hours you actually have on your projector.
Also be aware if you reset prematurely you will also not have an accurate count.
Note: If you just changed the lamp on your projector be aware the projector will not turn on if the lamp door is left open (there is a sensor).
Head into the projectors menu
-Lamp Reset:
(i) Press “Menu”
(ii) Select “Setup”
(iii) Select “Lamp Settings”
(iv) Select “Lamp
(v) Select “Yes”.
